The B C S process for measuring and controlling waste in manufacturing was developed during a 15 year tenure at IBM. During that time, I studied systems and techniques used world wide including a variety of methods used by noted Japanese Consultants.

This process has been successfully applied in the Medical, Chemical, Automotive, Lawn and Garden and Electronics Industries. I have also been a partner in the Ford TCM (Total Cost Management) Program with Suppliers.
