Sound
Performer provides all equipment.
Alternate: Performer provides
mixer, mics, cords but sends mix via XLR cable to House Sound.
Chairs, Table
Venue provides table, 3 chairs
SETUP
Performer requires min 45 min
for set up and sound check.
Early arrivals may enter up to 10 min
prior to showtime provided sound check
and other setup is complete
Audience Seating
Prefer audience to sit on the floor.
Performers will be seated as well
to create a sense of shared "equality".
An aisle or two is very
helpful as performers will move into
the audience often to hand out items
and interact with the children and adults.
Volunteer Assistants
There will be at least 5 occasions
during a show to hand out (and later collect)
large numbers of props. Volunteers are
very much appreciated at these times.
Also, dimming lights during some songs is
helpful as well.
Dolleys and/or Carts
...are appreciated but not
required. Please indicate distance
from loading areas.
Carpet /Squares
Children and parents will
often sit on the floor.
Please advise if
carpet or squares are available.
Promotion
Photos, press language, quotes
and other promo materials
are available on request.
